Ten years ago, I was in middle school, and was a kid that only wanted to do homework after school, eat, watch television and play with friends. I was a kid that did not care about the future.
The way I see myself ten years ahead of now is not something I often think about. To tell you the truth, it scares me a little to know that in one short decade I will be twenty eight years old, and that my years of youth are coming to an end.
I have always heard that your twenties are the best years of your life, and I am both excited and terrified for what the next ten years has in store for me.
In terms of my career, I hope to be working as a journalist for a major news outlet. I would also like to have my own column, where I can share my opinion on various topics. Additionally, I hope to be financially stable and to have saved up enough money to buy a house or an apartment.
In terms of my personal life, I hope to be in a long-term relationship with someone who loves and supports me. I also hope to have travelled to at least five different countries by then. Lastly, I hope to still be close with my family and friends.
Overall, I am both excited and scared for the next ten years. But, I am also hopeful that it will be a time of growth, discovery and happiness.
One thing I’m certain of, is that if God gives me the opportunity to get to that age, I will make the most of my years and put all of my effort into becoming a successful, happy woman.
In a decade, I hope to have the necessities like love and happiness, as well as the opportunity to pursue my aspirations.
I would like to see myself married with a couple of kids. I want to be able to look back and say that I have accomplished something in my life.
I know it won’t be easy, but nothing worth having ever is. So whatever struggles or obstacles come my way, I will face them head on with courage and determination. I refuse to let anything stand in the way of my happiness and success. In ten years from now, I see myself being very successful both professionally and personally.
So that’s how I see myself in ten years, as a happy and successful woman who has everything she ever wanted in life. Allowing myself to dream and imagine has given me a clearer picture of what I want and what I need to do to get there. It may not all happen exactly as I plan, but that’s okay because I know that as long as I stay focused and work hard, anything is possible.
Everyone works to achieve something in their lives. We go to school for 16 years or more so that we can learn and be equipped with the knowledge we need to compete in the real world. Nowadays, recognition, fame, wealth and position are some of the things society looks at when determining someone’s level of achievement.
But as I look back, these things are not the only yardstick of success. A more important thing to consider is how we see ourselves 10 years from now. Will we be contented and proud of who we become or will we end up in a state of regrets because we let some valuable opportunities pass by?
To be able to answer this question, it takes a lot of soul searching and honest evaluation of our current situation. We need to set aside all the facade that the society has been telling us and start looking at the reality of things. Only then can we have a clear vision of how we want our future to be.
I for one, would like to see myself becoming a successful professional in 10 years time. I know that it won’t be easy but with dedication and hard work, I am confident that I can achieve this goal. Aside from that, I also want to be able to help my family in any way possible. I know that they have sacrificed a lot for me and it is now time for me to give back.
Lastly, I want to be able to look back at my life 10 years from now and be proud of what I have accomplished. I want to be able to say that I made the most out of every opportunity that came my way and that I am contented with the life that I have built for myself.
These are just some of the things that I would like to achieve 10 years from now. I am fully aware that it won’t be easy but I am willing to put in the hard work and dedication needed to make it happen.
My long-term vision for myself is to become a wealthy business woman who owns and operate an art academy that is known worldwide. I will have completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees in fine arts, as wellas have administrative training in business. Through my institution, I want to provide people of all ages with the education they need to pursue successful careers in art – similar to the career I will have built for myself.
I want to be remembered as a great artist and an excellent educator, that changed people’s lives for the better.
I will have my own art studio in my house, where I will be doing most of my work. From there, I will be able to sell my pieces online and through exhibitions in different parts of the world. In ten years time, I see myself as a very stable person, with a strong character and a clear mind. I will be very confident in myself and my abilities, and this will show in my work. My art will reflect who I am as a person, and it will be highly appreciated by critics and art enthusiasts alike.
To achieve all of this, I know that I need to work hard and focus on my goals. I need to be disciplined and organized, and I need to make sure that I get the best education possible. I also need to network and build relationships with people in the art world. But most importantly, I need to believe in myself and my talent. If I can do all of these things, then I am confident that I will be successful in achieving my long-term goals.
