Tis the season to be jolly, fa la … and all that jazz. I haven’t been around all that much, but want to wish you a Merry Christmas! I can’t even believe it’s already here. Again. Which means the year is almost over. Craziness! I’d like to say I’ll start posting more, but … not sure if that’ll happen. I do have a couple posts coming up, including my Top Reads for the year. You can catch me mostly on Facebook in the meantime.
Anyway, a couple years ago I shared my favorite Christmas movies, so this year I’m sharing some of my favorite Christmas songs.
The Eagles – Please Come Home for Christmas
I love this one. ♥
Elvis – Blue Christmas
The Elvis Christmas album was a staple in my house growing up. My mom had to play it every year. We’d groan (jokingly) when she put it on, but it wasn’t Christmastime until it played. The album, especially Blue Christmas, is a must for me.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra – Carol of the Bells
No explanation needed.
Brenda Lee – Rockin’ Around the Chrismas Tree
I love Brenda Lee’s voice so much and this is a fun song that’s impossible to sit still when it plays.
Dean Martin – Winter Wonderland
This is another one that makes me happy. Actually, I love all Dean’s Christmas music.
What are your favorites?
