Whaaat? It’s May already? I’m not complaining. The weather is nice and it’s stay light out longer.
So, I read 8 books in April, and three of them were long (544, 624, & 768 pages). They were so damn good, though! I hope to read around 12 in May for the Clean Sweep ARC Challenge.

- May Clean Sweep ARC Challenge – My starting post/goals/progress.
Books Read
- The Fireman by Joe Hill – Outstanding!
- Even if the Sky Falls by Mia Garcia – Eh, it was okay.

For Review:
I have a feeling All the Ugly is going to make me feel conflicted, and I’m looking forward to it. And yay for The Sight!
I am definitely liking the longer days better. And I just finished Sleeping Giants- not bad. π I moved that one up as it sounded so good.
Have a great weekend. π
I KNOW!!! What the heck??? Where did April go??! But May is here! ARC challenge yay! But you got the Sight!!! You GOT to read that too! Decisions, decisions… π
I want the Neill one!!!!! Happy reading!
Good job on reading those long length books!!! Sometimes its good to read books that are longer than the norm.
I have been ready for May for the past week, so I’m happy it’s finally here! I hope you’ll do well with your Clean Sweep challenge, Christy.
And I’m so excited that you got a copy of The Sight!! I can’t wait to get my own hands on it.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.
I am happy it is May – better weather longer days makes me happy π Have a great week!
Look at all those long books you read! They scare me so I can only read 1 a month.
So jealous about The Sight! I loved that first book and I’m excited to read more in the world. Something about that cover is so off though. I don’t know what.
Anyways, happy reading and have a wonderful week! π
The use of rifles by police has been the subject of much debate for several years.
Easily compare new tasks and emergencies with existing tasks
and know right away where your priorities lie. If the escapees reach the safe zone before capture, they win. Attacks in other countries

More importantly, we also get pools and animal enclosures, allowing us to construct literally any type of amusement park imaginable.
Gah how did you get The Sight already? Dang Netgalley! I hope it’s just as good as the first!
I really wish I had requested The Fireman for review. I saw it come across one of my audio publisher lists and I didn’t grab it. Oh well, I can get it from the library, I’m sure. I really want to read more Joe Hill. I’ve got to fit more of him into my schedule.
I like the Neil cover
All the reviews I’ve seen of The Fireman so far have been really positive, so I can’t wait to read this one. I already was intrigued because JOE HILL, but good reviews helps too. π

Neill is always a good choice. It is not May, I refuse to believe it!
I just finished The Fireman. That was a good one. I enjoy large books now and then. they are like a movie you don’t want to end. One I’m reading now would probably have been better read as an eBook. It’s huge and heavy, but I still love it!
SAY WHAAA? Christy likes big books! haha I am just coming out of my slump (for real this time). I decided to start looking at my page numbers. Between two of those big books you read more than I did all month! haha Good luck with the Clean Sweep!
I know, I just can’t believe the year is almost halfway! I remember Christmas vividly! There’s always something satisfying about reading long books. Have a great reading week ahead Christy!
I haven’t heard anything about All the Ugly, I’m going to have to check it out now!
It’s been rather dreary around here – snow for the last 4 days. BUT it’s beautiful and sunny today! Yay! Congrats on getting 8 books read in April. I read the same number but not near as many pages. π I want to check out All the Ugly…I’m intrigued. π
Yay for the Sight. She lives in the next town over so when it releases she will come to B&N for a signing. I am curious about All the Ugly so let me know π
Dayum those are some long books! I can’t believe it’s May already. It’s rained pretty much all of it so far. *flails*
I need to read another Joe Hill novel. I’ve read one and really liked it. Now that the heat and sun is here, I want the year to slow down so I can enjoy it. I just refuse to think about it getting cold again.
Oooh… The Sight! I know I have to rush over and get that! Nice!
Good luck with the May challenge!
