Sunday Post #164 (2/28/16) – Adiós February!

Posted February 27, 2016 | 34 Comments

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

It was a bit of a stressful week, but nothing that was out of the ordinary. I was extremely happy when Friday rolled around. The weather continues to feel like spring, so no complaining there.

On the Blog

  • Hidden Bodies by Caroline Kepnes (review) – I love my psychotic Joe!

Books Read

Corrupt by Penelope Douglas

Magic Shifts by Ilona Andrews

Books Acquired

I haven’t received any review books for a couple weeks now. None have seemed all that interesting to me. I’ve had one request pending for awhile, but that’s it.

Heard The Hooker and the Hermit is funny, so a $0.99 deal I could not pass up. The other two were suggested to me and free.

Listening To

I’m so loving Lucifer! It’s funny how he’s always wanting to punish.

Have a great week!

  1. Am off to read your Hidden Bodies review. I’ve had it on my NetGalley shelf for a few months but it’s not out here for ages so I keep deferring it… I’ve got a short working week this week and am very much looking forward to that!

  2. I was very ready for Friday to arrive this past week as well, Christy. I think it’s spring messing with me – not completely here yet, but still kind of making me tired and want/need more sleep.
I hope you’ll enjoy your new books!
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

I have always been intimated by Death Punch before, but the track is good.
I think we could have the first year with no snow where I live.

  3. I bought the first Anne Bischop book ages ago and I still haven’t gotten around to reading it. It sounds like a great series! Those free and 0.99 deals are always great! It’s fun to grab a book you were wanting to read for cheap. I hope you’ll have a great week!
