Sunday Post #132 (6/21/15) – I’m Outta Here!

Posted June 20, 2015 | 31 Comments

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

By the time you read this, I’ll be gone.

On vacation.

I’ll have a post for my midyear top reads, but after that it’ll be silent around her for a couple weeks. It’s not like I’ll be off the grid or anything, so I’ll still be around. Mostly on Facebook, though. So you can add me if you want! This is different than my blog FB page

On the Blog

  • Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone (Review) – Another winner from this author!

Books Read

Hunted by Kevin Hearne – audio

Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone

The Night We Said Yes by Lauren Gibaldi
It won’t appear on the blog, but you can see what I thought about it on Goodreads.

Books Acquired

For Review:

Nada! I’m trying hard to keep it this way for awhile. Unless, of course, it’s a book I have to have. You know how it is. 😉

I enjoyed the first Broke and Beautiful book, so I grabbed Need Me for $0.99 to read when I’m in the mood for fun & sexy.

I received Ice Like Fire for review a few weeks ago, but I haven’t read the first book yet. So when I saw Snow Like Ashes was $1.99, of course I snagged it up.

I love the White Trash Zombie series on audio! That is all.

What Else …

Oh yeah, this happened! I freaking love You! (←haha, the book) So I was beyond excited to see I’m quoted in the UK paperback. I’m at the bottom. And now I can never change my twitter name. The use of twitter is actually a clever way to keep in theme with the book, because *shivers* social media is creepy. If you haven’t read this book yet, do it!

There’s a giveaway for 10 copies on Goodreads!

Have a great week!

  1. First, I hope you’ll enjoy your vacation, Christy! I hope you’ll have a relaxing fortnight. Second, super cool!!! Love that. I know you’ve been trying to recommend that book to me, so definitely in my summer reads.
