It’s freaking May! It can’t be May already! I demand time to stop! My son graduates in a month and I’m not ready. –sigh–
Anyway. In April I read 9 books. I’m actually surprised it was that many because it doesn’t seem like I even read that much. Hopefully I’ll get to read more this month, especially since I’m doing the Clean Sweep ARC Challenge.

- Black Iris by Leah Raeder (Review) – So much love for this gorgeous writing!

For Review:
The publisher sent me a finished copy of Pirate’s Alley, but apparently it sat in a mailbox for about 2 weeks before being rescued. Poor thing.
Purchased:
All of these were $1.99 or less.
Have a great week!
The Sarah Fine book was a good buy for $1.99, I was tempted but need to finish her other series first.
And I don’t suppose it matters how slow time went, you’d never be ready for your baby to graduate!
I still haven’t got round to reading Royal Street yet! It’s on the very long list of things I need to get done this year-but it’s May already! I don’t know where the time is going but I need to try harder to hit my reduced tbr targets! Enjoy your books!
I can’t believe it’s May already either! I can’t wait to read No Where But Here – excited to hear what you think of it. Have a wonderful week!
I was just mentioning on my blog how time is flying way too fast. Good luck with the Clean Sweep ARC Challenge! Have a great week!
That’s exactly what I said. “It can’t be May already!” I finished Crimson Bound this past week too. Will review it this week. YAY for Nowhere But Here! I’m so excited to start that one, but I’m trying to finish Paper Towns first because I got it from the library. My sister-in-law got Snow Like Ashes last week, so I’ll be able to borrow that from her so I’m excited about that. Have a great week!
Sandy @ Somewhere Only We Know
I’m with you. May already! It seemed like winter would never leave and now warm weather is rushing by! I’m on my way outside to do some reading and catch some rays:)Don’t want to waste it!
Great grabs this week!
I still have not started the Suzanne Johnson series. I have it on my wishlist but haven’t gotten around to actually tackling most of the books on there. I’m excited it’s May, but I’m also loathing that the months are flying by so quickly…because before you know it we’ll be back to crummy cold weather.
I want to read the Johnson books, they sound so good. I hope it didn’t get too wrecked sitting in the mailbox. One month until your son graduates? Eeep! Enjoy the time and your books!
Congrats on all the wonderful books! I’m hoping Nowhere But Here is fabulous!
I cant’ believe your son graduates soon, crazy!!
I can’t believe it’s May either. Your son graduating is a huge deal. Enjoy these moments in life. ๐
Oh enjoy Christina Lauren’s books! i enjoyed them. ;0
It’s crazy that it’s May already, but I do really like this month. Good luck on the challenge this month.
So glad your finished copy was rescued. The pubs are sending me the audio for Black Iris and I am excited. I will try and slow down time for you. Did you get the rain I sent you?
Have a fab reading week, Christy! I’m surprised it’s May already too! Time flies:-) gorgeous haul!
Woah, I can’t believe Ice Like Fire is out already! Glad to hear you rescued that book finally hehe. Enjoy all of your reads!
I freaking know!! How the heck is it May?? I’ve gotten like…nothing done. Ack!
You are so going to love Pirate’s Alley!!!! Everything is changing!!!!
I know, I can’t believe it is May either. My daughter graduates from Kindergarten in a month and I am sad. They grow up so fast. I just got my finished copy of Pirate’s Alley as well. I didn’t know the next Snow Like Ashes Book was out. I need to look into that one.
You got so many great books last week! I’m going to reading Nowhere But Here soon, and hoping to get Loving Dallas for review! I really enjoyed Sweet Filthy Boy, and Dirty Rowdy Thing! This is my favorite series by Christina Lauren! Happy Reading ๐
