The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

It’s been quite a week off the blog. Then my son ran in the West Coast Relay’s on Saturday and did great despite feeling like crap and racing in 90Β° weather. That’s right, I said 90. Spring? What’s that?

On the Blog

  • Magic Rises by Ilona Andrews (Review) – Damn this series freaking good!
  • All the Rage by Courtney Summers (Review) – Dark and gritty, but so poignant.

  1. This week, we’ve been in summer, too. That weather is crazy, but I won’t complain about too much sun or warmth, lol ! I guess we’ll have to get the summer clothes out of the cupboards but keep the winter clothes close at hand, just in case… Enjoy your week-end πŸ˜‰

I love this weather, but damn, we need some rain and snow so bad. I would gladly sacrifice some sun time for a few heavy storms.

It’s crazy. It’s getting to where we barely get any season change.

I know, right?! I so was not expecting that.

  2. I miss the weather of my childhood…which was calmer and not as exaggerated. We’ve had rain for the past week and it’s just been getting worse with each day, which means tornado season is about to start. I’m in Georgia…we shouldn’t even have a tornado ‘season’. -_- I can’t wait to see what summer is going to be like, I’m probably just going to fry instantly when I leave the house. πŸ˜›

I really need to try out a a Tarryn Fisher book, I see her name everywhere.
