Are you ready for summer yet? I am! Other places have snow days, but here we have fog days. Some schools were cancelled two days this week because it was so foggy and too dangerous to drive. My son is going up north for a race this weekend and it makes me very nervous that they’re traveling. Hopefully it won’t be too bad.

Sweet you got Confess. I pre-ordered it. Hopefully your son is safe. I sent you a little something-something to you yahoo mail girlie!
lovely haul, you got many good books this week, will look forward to read your review on them 🙂
You got Confess! If there was ever a dance around the kitchen moment for book post, that must be one! I can’t wait to read that one.
I’m sure your son will be fine not that that eases your nerves any. But relax with one of your new books and he’ll be back before you know it!
I see a guitar! I am sold!!!!
You’re so easy. lol.
Nice haul this week Christy, love Colleen Hoover.
Have a great week and happy reading.
They’re all new to me but I hope you’ll enjoy them all. Happy reading!
Fog can be pretty but also so scary! Hope it doesn’t last too long! And I hope you really love Confess & Where Sea Meets Sky!
It’s pretty damn cold here in Scotland right now. We’ve had snow on and off for a few days and I think more is coming next week. Thankfully I have lots of books and a nice warm fire to read in front of! Enjoy your books!
Whelp. CONFESS. Yesssss. I want that one, too. Edelweiss hasn’t approve me for anything, so chances are, I won’t get that one, too. *cries*
Enjoy, hun!
Fog Days, where the heck? I only know a couple of places with that much fog. We have the most fog when it gets warm right after snow.
We get a lot of snow some years. But usually we get some and it melts, then we get more and that melts. In January and February it stops melting and builds up until the end of March… Then we get MUD.
Ack! The Look of Love is Free? Off to go check that out! We got a delay for cold temps here last week because no one really has the clothing required for 9 degrees. I love fog but it’s definitely a pain when you have to go somewhere. Have a great week!
Very nice haul this week!
We had fog too since it warmed back up. I took pictures of it approaching and creeping into my yard and will post them later.
It gets super foggy here too. I don’t think they ever cancel things but sometimes it’s very disorienting. Last weekend I got sort of lost just because I was disoriented.
It looks like you had a great book week!
We have our fair share of fog… but never have we been cancelled from school from it. Wow! Where do you live, Washington? Where Sky Meets Sea looks like a good ne, can’t wait to hear about it!
I’m one of those people that get hot REALLY easy, so I’m not a huge fan of summer. I love being able to swim though…that’s about it!
YAY for getting anticipated books! I love when that happens.:) I’m sure your son will be fine but I’ve got my fingers crossed just in case.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I get approved for Riot. I really want to read the 2nd book. And dude…how in the world did you get an ARC of Confess??? 🙂 Hope you love it! I can’t wait. Have a great week!
Sandy @ Somewhere Only We Know
Yep, Kate Daniels only gets better! :))) We have fog too but frost at night too and freezing rain sometimes. but mostly it;s sunny and nice during the day. Enjoy all your reads, Christy!
Fog is so very creepy! We had a foggy night the other day and I was too creeped out to go to the car. lol Safe travels for the kidlet!
Confess!! I can’t wait!! I hope is great, I feel like I already know it will be. I’ll be around to check you review…Soon, I hope ;)..LOL
I’m so familiar with fog days where I grew up. 🙂 I’m looking forward to see what you think of Confess and Where Sea Meets the Sky! Have a wonderful week, Christy!
It has been super foggy here as well, what is up with that. Today and yesterday were rainy but at least the fog is gone and the sun came out for about 10 minutes. I miss the sun. 🙁
Safe travels for your son!
You got some amazing books this week. I hope you love every one of your new reads. I always love when I get a book that I’m looking forward to.
Grace @ Books of Love
Great list of books – enjoy them!
I’m ready for summer or spring or anything except winter. Although I really can’t complain. We’ve been lucky and haven’t had snow, just very cold weather.
Have a great week!
I hope you’re reassured about you son, now 😉 Here, we don’t have much fog lately, but the weather has turned freezing cold. Yesterday and today, everything was frozen outside, much to my younger daughter’s disappointment because she was hoping for snow (snow = no school bus !). Have a great week !
Just looking out the window : snow’s falling !!!!! I feel like a giddy 10 year-old girl, can’t help it 🙂
Hopefully the roads won’t be that bad with him traveling. I need to pick up another Colleen Hoover book, I sort of dropped off after I finished the Slammed series.
Fog days? I haven’t heard of that. We get some heavy fog here in Portland, but no to the point where they cancel stuff. Fog is just clearing out this morning the sun is coming out after heavy rain this weekend. I have got to get on the Kate Daniels series.
It’s still cold where I’m from but I’m definitely excited about summer 🙂
I hope your sons race went well!!
You have Confess already? So jealous!
OMGG I cannot wait until Confess, Colleen Hoover has my heart lol! Have a great week Christy, I’m ready for some cooler weather on this side of the world too.
oh they look so good, especially Where Sea meets Sky and Confess!
Lovely haul,Christy! Enjoy all!:)
