Two addicts. One epic love story.
Prepare for the worst.
That’s what Lily and Lo try to do when Jonathan Hale schedules an “important” meeting. The problem: after being swept into the public eye and battling their addictions, they’re not sure what the worst is anymore.
In a sea of many changes—including Ryke & Daisy living with them—Lily realizes that the best part of her fluctuating hormones might just be the worst.
Her sex drive is out of control.
Loren knows that she’s insatiable, but he’s not giving up on her. She’s too much a part of him. And as he carries more and more responsibility, some of the people that he loves doubt his resolve.
In the conclusion to their love story, Lily & Lo stand side-by-side to fight, one last time, for their happily ever after.
**AUTHORS' NOTE**
Due to the 2-year gap between Addicted for Now (Addicted #2) and Addicted After All (Addicted #3), you must read Thrive (Addicted #2.5) or the Calloway Sisters spin-off series before reading Addicted After All.
I am flying high right now! This book … oh, the feels. Addicted After All is so, so bittersweet. Even though we’re not completely saying goodbye to Lily and Lo quite yet, this is the last book that will be their story from their perspective. It’s absolutely perfetto!
I know, I know, you see “sex addict” and ”alcoholic” in the NA genre and might take a step back. Please don’t. This series is phenomenal, with each book getting better and better. It has so much to offer.
It’s difficult to talk about details of AAA without the possibility of spoilers, so I’ll refrain from doing so. I will say that I love how much time elapses over the course of each book, this one included. It feels like you’re truly immersed in their lives, having known them for years.
I can’t even express how much growth there is with Lily and Lo. I seriously get choked up thinking about where they were in their life when the series started, compared to now. It seems kind of silly to feel so proud of characters in a book, but I can’t help it. These characters, all of them, have touched me deeply (not in a dirty way, Lily Calloway).
All of the different relationships and various dynamics between the characters are brilliant! Sisters, brothers, best friends, lovers … all are significant and beautiful in their own way. And funny! All the banter that goes on is extremely fun and constantly causing me to laugh.
There is something that I have to mention. Something happened in this book that had me bouncing up and down like a maniac. I was so hyped and excited that my face was on fire and all I could hear was whooshing in my ears. I’m obviously not going to say what happened, but you can see my reaction in my Goodreads updates.
So yeah, I love Addicted After All hard! Each individual book, the series as a whole … all of it is forever embedded in my heart! Too dramatic? I don’t care, it’s true!
Now we have to wait for the next book that will be the last for Connor and Rose’s perspectives. As sad as I was to finish Addicted After All, there is an announcement at the end of the book that made me unbelievably happy.
Lily @ Lily’s Book Blog wrote the most beautiful review in the form of a letter to Lily and Lo. Please check it out. I’m not ashamed to admit that it brought tears to my eyes. Read it!
Ohhhh I love this series so much! Not trying to be punny, but it is genuinely so fricken addicting!
I can’t wait for Raisy’s book <3 LOVE THOSE TWO
I am so happy to hear you loved this one too, Christy! It really was an amazing conclusion and the character development was really impressive. Haha at your reaction to the 33% scene. I probably had to re-read that multiple times.
Gorgeous review!
Alright between you and Nick I must read them. I added the entire series to my Amazon wish list and as soon as my funds refill I will grab book one. You all have me so excited. I love the feels you are getting.
Oh man! You’ve been teasing me with this series. I think I just need to take the plunge into book 1. 🙂
Well I went to buy the first book in the series, and I realized I had it. So I moved on to the second, and I had it… Do you see a pattern emerging here? I think that’s your influence. I just bought this one. You really make me want to read this. Now help me find the time so I can!!
I have seen nothing but great reviews for this so far and I love it! Makes me want to jump in and read it!
Ha! Love your reactions, Christy. 🙂 You know something? I could about the horrors of wars for days on end, but for some reason, I can’t handle the angst of NA. I’m so messed up. :/
Oh Christy! First and foremost T YOU SPOIL ME BY ADDING A LINK TO MY LETTER HERE. *smiles*
And now…
Oh boy. This one was a hard one. I loved this one so much and yes to everything you said in your review! It hurts that this was the last Lily & Lo POV we’re ever going to get but it was just so frickin beautiful I don’t mind leaving the characters the way we are leaving them. Lovely review Christy!
Oh my gosh it sounds freaking emotional and SO SO AMAZING! I just love this series and really glad that Siiri introduced it to me, it looks like I have a lot to look forward to. I’ve just read Addicted For Now so it’s onto Rose and Connor for me. Lovely review and thanks for no spoilers Christy!
Okay, okay… *adds to reading list* lol Glad you enjoyed this addition to the series! Have a great weekend 🙂
Seriously, I need to get back on this series. Though I hate to see their story end. At least we will see them in other couple’s books. So happy it rocked your world this much!
I saw Lily’s review earlier this week, and you’re right, she did an amazing job of that character letter. That being said, your post kicked some serious butt as well. Now, I have no choice but to add this series to my reading mountain because I can’t ignore TWO glowing recommendations from my blogger peeps. Stay tuned!
I haven’t heard of this series before now but it definitely sounds like something I’d enjoy!
A wonderful review.
Well, after reading that glowing review I think I need to read this now. I love your enthusiasm!!! Fantastic review. 😀
I just skimmed quickly to see if you enjoyed it, and freaking hell! I need to get to this ASAP!!
