The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
Another week down. The weather has dropped to the 90s, so it isn’t as bad as it was. A nice weekend for racing. Friday was my son’s first cross country meet of the season. It’s definitely bittersweet, because this is his last season for high school. And Saturday is/was a sprint car race up north – my son and his friend are racing.

Have a great week!
Good luck to your son, you’ll be there to support him ? You’re in the 90s, we’re in the 60s (80s yesterday) here, complete with rain and fog – autumn’s here ! Have a great week 😉
I love Tarryn Fisher, that series wrecked my head! In a great way! I loved to hate the whole lot of them :O
And I haven’t read a Robin York book yet but own In Too Deep (I think that’s the name of it!). I’m looking forward to checking it out soon as I hear great things.
Have a good week and enjoy your books.
My reviewer tried the Hook Up and she loved it! I’m really curious as well. Happy reading!
Finally The Infinite Sea! I got my copy just yesterday and I can’t wait to read it. Have a wonderful week!
Deeper and Magic Bites were awesome! I have Harder in my kindle as well, but haven’t had a chance to read it yet. Glad it cooled down at your place too, Christy!
I got The Infinite Sea this week too! Can\’t wait to start it, but I\’m trying to finish a review book first! I still need to read Gone Girl, especially before the movie releases! Have a great week!

Good luck to your sign with the car race. I imagine he’s feeling bittersweet about his last year of cross country in high school.
One of these days I’ll read Robin York; I do love Ruthie Knox’s writing.
Have a good week. 🙂
Awesome haul of books this week. I hope you love all your new books.

Good luck for your son and his racing. 90’s a bit too hot for me, fans herself 🙂
Your books look great! Enjoy and have a great week!
This senior year is definitely bittersweet! Probably much more for us than the kids! I don’t know about your son but I think my daughter is definitely ready to go! I’m going to have to go check out your Dirty Red review and I’m curious as to what you thought of Gone Girl. I enjoyed the read but I’m not sure I ever want to see the characters again even though the movie looks fantastic! Have a great week!
Oh I need to get The Infinite Sea (along with a million others). Looks like you had a great week!
We–thank goodness–had a temp drop here too but down to the 70-80s and dang cold at night hitting the 50s. It’s so nice though!
We are enjoying one last hot gasp of summer this weekend and then it is going to cool off and rain. Sigh… we need the rain though we have two wild fires burning and everything is burning up. I am interested to see what you thought of Once Perfect, and I can’t wait for the Infinite Sea!
I hear ya, we’re burning too. My friend lost their family vacation home up at Bass Lake. It’s crazy, all the fires down here and no friggin water. I love CA, but it’s getting really bad. Maybe I’ll move up there with you. Muahaha!
I’m not reviewing Once Perfect. I wasn’t impressed.
The new Yancy book! I still haven’t read the first one but I definitely want too. Can’t wait to see how you like it, I have seen some good things already about it.
Good luck to your son! The 90’s here too. It wasn’t as humid so felt comfortable even in the pool, with a nice breeze. I spent several hours on the back deck reading too. Finsihed 2 books and started a new one.
I’m really looking forward to seeing Gone Girl on the big screen. I’ve yet to read the book so I hope it doesn’t spoil my reading pleasure.
Here is my Sunday Post.
I see your read Deeper this week and got its sequel “harder” too *wink* *wink* I wonder why!! LOL!
Love your haul and can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the rest of your acquired books!
Looks like great reading.
I know Gone Girl is one of those love it or hate it type of books, but I really did enjoy it. Dark Places is still my favorite by her, but I’m excited for the film of Gone Girl.
Interesting haul you got there ♥
Oooh I just received The Infinite Sea as well, I think that means I need to read The 5th Wave! Enjoy your books Christy!
Glad to see that the temps are dropping a bit where you are. I hope you had a good time at the race!
Oooh, racing! I wouldn’t be surprised if my kids get into that when they are bigger. The weather is warming up down here!
I really enjoyed Harder!!! Hope you do too!
