Happy Easter!

I’m putting this together on Thursday because I’m headed to the beach for a couple days. I’ll be back on Sunday, though – unfortunately.

On the Blog

  • Better Off Friends by Elizabeth Eulberg – Review. Such a cute story! I just want to note that I originally typed the title as “Better Off Dead” … ๐Ÿ˜
  • Shooting Scars by Karina Halle – Review. Kick-ass sequel to Sins & Needles.

Books Read

Ringer by C.J. Duggan

The House on Blackberry Hill by Donna Alward

Addicted to You by Krista Ritchie

Books Acquired

For review:

moral danger

ghost seer
Thanks Kimberly!

Have a great week!

Omg – I loved Addicted to You! I read Kiss the Sky first, so I’m getting to see where it all began now. I’m totally checking that group out.

      • I got to signings in or around SF. Always lots of them there. The next ones are Andrea Cremer in Dansville & Menlo Park. Going to the Dansville one this Thursday. Then Jenny Han & Morgan Matson May 6 in Corte Madera. Then Fierce Reads Tour with Leigh Bardugo, Ava Dellaria, Emmy Laybourne, and Jennifer Malhieu in San Francisco June 18.

          • Lots of places. A few bookstores in SF are the ones that have a lot. Books Inc. has a few different stores and they have lots of events. You can follow Not Your Mother’s Book Club on facebook and they update with events. My favorite and one that would be worth the trip is their annual TEENQUAKE event. They had about 25 different YA authors last year and I’m hoping they have it again this year. It was in October the last two years. Kepler’s bookstore has lots of events too. I just search through those stores and lots of twitter and facebook feeds. Some other bloggers in the area mention events.

Insta-love doesn’t bother as along as it isn’t so annoyingly dramatic. I hope to read it soon.
