Hope you all have a great week!
I almost grabbed Strange Ever After..but I too need to read book two still. Hmm maybe we should buddy read in March? I hope you feel better soon, winter is always hard.
Yeah, that sounds good.
It had been so sunny and warm that the winter blues hadn’t even hit. Then Thursday we got our first dark storm, plus other stuff, so it hit all of a sudden. I’m already adjusting, though. π
Hopefully your mood improves a bit. Winter does that to me. THat, and working night shifts.
Cress! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
I’m sure I’ll love Cress. π Booo to working nights!
Cress is AMAZING! I loved it! I got On The Fence, too! Looking forward to reading that! Enjoy your books! My STS: http://www.thecovercontessa.com/2014/02/staking-shelves-6.html
I can’t wait to read both of them.
Hope you have a better week coming up. [hugs] Enjoy your new books. π
Jenea @ Books Live Forever’s Sunday Post
Thanks, Jenea, I’m sure it will be. π
I still need to read the second Something Strange and Lovely as well but I couldn’t help but pick up the third because I loved the first so much. Congrats on all the great books this week.
I hope you are more yourself soon! I know I have been more..sad maybe with all this cold and snow here and other things lately that have come up. *hugs* Hang in there.
I think Kim and I are going to read the 2nd book in March. You should too!
Thanks, Ali. I will be. π
Ooo let me know when and I will definitely read it with the both of you!!
Hold on, I didn’t say you should read it with US, just that YOU should read it in March too.
LOL – I’m SO joking! Sorry, I couldn’t resist giving that asshole reply. I’ll definitely let you know. π
You suck. π
Haha, Indeed. π
Winter is hard on me, this one especially given how cold it’s been of late. Looks like you had a fabulous week of books. Hard As It Gets is very good and I hope you enjoy it.
Grace
Cold and darkness sucks. Even though I hate the cold, I’m okay as long as the sun is out. I’m looking forward to Hard As It Gets π
I hope this week is better for you; enjoy Hard As It Gets! I have the second book, Hard As You Can.
Thanks, Bea. I hope to read Hard As It Gets this week.
RIP little Cash, it’s hard when it hits youngsters π not that it makes sense for anyone. On a lighter note, that is quite a book haul this week, happy reading!
It really is. π
Thanks, Peggy!
On the Fence looks great Christy! And I can’t wait to read Cress either!
I can’t wait to read both of them. I plan on getting to Cress this week
Hope this week will be a bit less dark and sad for you, Christy! *huge hugs* Lovely haul, hope you enjoy them all!
Thanks, Kara. I hope so too! π
Hope you are feeling better! Enjoy your books.
Thanks, Yvonne. π
Well, crap on toast… two more review reads have been added. I hate you, I hate you, I love you, I hate you…. UGH! Yep, I still need to read the second book of Susan Dennard’s too, but she’s a Michigan author and she’d bop me on the head if I didn’t read and review these so, there… I grabbed that and On the Fence.
UGH…
Bwahahaha … muah!
Sorry for the slightly bad week. I’ve been pretty stressed lately, myself, but trying to keep up with the blog as much as I can!
I heard On The Fence was super cute π so now I am looking forward to it as well. Hope you enjoy your new reads!
Sorry you’ve been having some bad days. π I was having that problem for awhile. It seemed like some days I just couldn’t deal with stuff at all. I’ve been better since we got the new dog and I’m not sure if it’s related, but I’ll be curious to see if things stay better.
It looks like you got good books anyway!
I can’t wait to read Cress and In the After, I also got Strange Ever After, but not Mila as I wasn’t thrilled with that one. Oh and the West book is one I got as well since I liked her book last summer. Just got out after being snowed in for five days. Was going crazy! We got plenty of snow and freezing rain!
I’m sorry to hear that your week kind of went dour at the end. I really hope this week gets better for you and I hope you enjoy your new books!
I’m sorry your week was rough, hopefully this one treats you better! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on Cress and In the End. Hard as it Gets looks great too!
I have been really curious about those Susan Dennard books I think I have the first =)
Hope you’re feeling a bit better! I find that winter is always pretty tough for me – the cold and gloomy weather is so depressing. Add 1 bad event and it’s so easy for me to spiral. Enjoy your books!
