Sunday Post #61 (1/5/14)

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

This is my first Sunday Post of 2014. I can’t believe it’s a new year. πŸ™ I had a pretty low-key New Year’s Eve, definitely not like the ones I had when I was younger. And I don’t even mind anymore. Anyone make any resolutions? I’ve never made them, too much commitment for me.

There are some great events coming up, so make sure to check my sidebar.

  1. We moved to Central timezone three years ago and I’m still trying to get used to the difference. They play news here at 11 to Midnight so I stopped celebrating when we moved. Although I found that it’s not that big of a deal to me anymore either.

Both books look so good! I have yet to read either. I think I would love Lori Foster! Too many books, so little time!

lol – yeah, I’m on the west coast, so they play the news at 11. It makes it kind of … anti-climatic when I’ve watched the NY celebrations on TV.

I’ll be reading Cruel Beauty next, as soon as I finish another book I’m reading now and I cannot wait to read it. I’ve heard MANY good things about it! I’m also excited about the Uninvited, although I’ve seen mixed things about it, it still looks really interesting to me and it’ll be on my list to be read next month. πŸ™‚

Ha – well, I enjoyed Cruel Beauty a lot, but I had mixed feeling about Uninvited. Hope you enjoy them.

I hoped you enjoyed Cruel Beauty, I just finished it! I have Uninvited next up to read! I hope you Getting Rowdy, I think that might be my favourite of the series.
Thanks for sharing & stopping by Bookmunchies (:

I really enjoyed Cruel Beauty, but Univited … I’m still not completely sure how I felt about it. I can’t wait to get Rowdy! πŸ˜‰

I had a quiet New Year’s Eve also and I’m not keen on resolutions. That said, I am hoping to read more of my own books this year and fewer review books. I am so behind on my personal books.

    Happy New Year!

Oh no, I should’ve clarified that, huh? That’s what I read during the last two weeks, because I took a break from blogging (no Sunday Post) the previous week. I WISH I could read 5 in one week.

  5. Did I mention that I’m packing up my house as we speak and I’m shipping it all out to the salad bowl and moving in with you? I’m hitting the road in a few hours, as soon as the hubs gets done snow blowing the foot of snow out of the driveway. You’ll support us, right? πŸ˜€

I can’t wait to see what you write about Ten Tiny Breaths!!!! Squeeeeeeee… I do hope you liked it! I’m reviewing One Tiny Lie this week and I still need to read the third one πŸ˜€ I really like Tucker’s books!

Have a great week, girl!! Your blog is looking great everyday!!! And I will share when I get done with my class!! BTW, Parajunkee swears by for learning web design stuff – it’s sooooo much cheaper that what I’m doing!!!!
