Sunday Post #6 (9/16/12)

The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Hi everyone, here we are, another week gone.  The weather went back up to the 100’s, but I’m happy as long as it’s not cold.  It was county fair time last week, and it certainly isn’t as fun as it was when I was a teenager.  Fair time used to be the best!  Used to skip school all week to help FFA friends with their animals, then hang out all night going to fun concerts and sneaking beer.  Good times.  Now, not so much.

And who’s excited for Resident Evil: Retribution?  I hope to see it this weekend.

  1. Our local fair is still a few weeks off I think, I can’t wait. I haven’t been in years, so I’m hoping it’s still as awesome as I remember. I still need to read Dust and Decay, I loved Rot & Ruin though.
I hope you enjoy your books!

  2. Most of those I haven’t heard of, but I look forward to your reviews! I agree that the fair isn’t as fun now as an adult. 🙁 But I always had to go with my parents, even as a teenager so I didn’t have the same fun experiences as you did. I like the excuse of having to help friends with their animals. I should have made friends with the FFA kids so I could have ‘helped’ them all week…

  3. I got Red Rain this week too! I’m totally excited for it, yay RL Stine!! I hope I’m able to get The Hallowed Ones this week, it sounds really interesting!

The Flesh and Bone cover creeps me out a bit! lol

Great books this week! I hope you enjoy them! Happy reading!
