Summertime and the livin’s easy…
So in my monthly wrap-up post I mentioned that summer could be a bad thing for my reading and blogging. I will be a little more M.I.A. this month, but I’ve already scheduled a few posts. I’ll try to continue visiting blogs as often as I can, because I’ve gotta keep up with what’s going on around here!
Seriously you guys, I freaking love this hot sunny weather! It puts me in such a good mood, despite the crazy-ass dust storm we had the on Monday. It was so freaky watching the wall of dust just come right towards us, but it was cool too.

Are you all as excited for summer as I am?
I love summer too and I tend to read lighter books. Enjoy, hope to see ya around..enjoy!
I’m such a nerd, that cat picture made me giggle like a little girl.
Yay for your weather! We’ve had it pretty nice, but then also a lot of rain lately (which we need after it being really dry last month, but it’s still depressing).
WHOA! That is one crazy dust storm! What awesome photos!
I’m not as much a fan of summer. I like it, but there are some things I don’t like so much. The sun gives me a headache (good thing I live in the Pacific NW) though I like it other than that. My daughter is also home from school and that’s good and bad. It’s nice to not have to wake up early but the kids fighting all the time gets annoying. We’ll see how the reading goes, I’m not sure if it’ll be easier to fit it in or harder. At least my daughter can entertain my 3 year old, at least when they’re not fighting!
Oh, I feel ya – I only have one child and he starts driving me crazy. That’s why I make him take summer school. lol
Crazy pics and I am so unbelivably ready for summer!
Doooood! That wall of dusty looks super scarey! I would have totally panicked.
Enjoy your time off. I’m looking to take a break soon, but I just don’t know when I can find the time to do it. *sighs*
LOL
It was crazy. It was like the beginning of the movie Independence Day with every outside looking off into the distance at it as it approached.
You need a break after all the stress you had with moving.
That looks like the dust storms that come with the Phoenix monsoons! I love summer and I am freaking sick of this rain! It is freaking June and it is fifty degrees gray and pouring rain here! Why God!? Am I being punished for leaving snarky comments on Christy’s blog?
Hahaha suffer the rain! 😛 Don’t worry, when it’s all nice up there, it’ll be 110 down here.
