SundayPost

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Oh man, what a week. It has been beautiful, but busy. Sunny and high 70s/low 80s has me in a good mood, though.

My son’s last high school track season has started, so every race feels a little more bittersweet. I’m excited to see how much he’ll PR this year, though. And he made captain. Hooray!

Do any of you watch The 100?  I have a weird relationship with it – I like it, but don’t love it. I can’t stop watching, though. But the last half of this season seemed to really step it up and I was starting to really like it. Until this last episode, part one of the season finale. Ugh! So pointless and lame. I’ll watch the 2nd part, but I may give up after this season. I still have Vikings, Bates Motel, and The Walking Dead. ♥

On the Blog

  • Return to Me by Kelly Moran (Review) – A beautiful, sweet story.
  • Becoming Rain by K.A. Tucker (Review) – I really enjoyed this romantic suspense.
  • A Curse Unbroken by Cecy Robson (Review) – Happy with the book, but sad to see it end.

Congrats on the brand new captain ! I thought about watching the 100 but haven’t got to it yet. I’m recording Vikings and The walking dead and will start watching them with my boyfriend when their seasons are complete. BF doesn’t like to watch one episode a week, he wants all the episodes so he has no cliffhanger. Enjoy the coming spring and your book haul and have a great week !

  2. I don’t watch The 100 but have plenty of shows that I feel that way about! I don’t know why I keep watching them since there’s so many shows I do love but I just can’t seem to stop! Congrats to your son on making captain! I know what you mean about everything bittersweet. Have a great week!

I just checked out Written in Red from the library and I am super excited to read it. I have heard such great things about this series. I hope you have a great week!! Enjoy all of your new reads 🙂

Yeah, season two was doing really well up until this last episode. I can’t freaking stand when there’s huge build-up and then it turns lame and pointless. Blahhhh.
