The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s that time again. I’ve been really slowing doing on my reading and reviewing lately, so I’m thinking I might take a half-break soon. It’s almost time for me to hibernate.
Also, NetGalley is still irritating. Very. Tried going through to find the books I still need to read, but heaven forbid all the books be in one place. Hopefully I didn’t miss any. I just get mad every time I go on there now.
Anyway…

How was your week?

I’m sorry Netgalley is still bothering you…I’ve actually managed to avoid it for the most part lately since there haven’t been any books I’ve really been wanting. The book by Jax seems really interesting, I look forward to seeing your thoughts on it.
I hope you have a great week!

New Netgalley is a bit weird to use, I wish it was as straightforward as Edelweiss. Hope you enjoy your books! I certainly noticed that redheaded cover on Carina Press before

Yes that new getalley is a little bit of a pain!! nice book haul. I think for 0.99 I might have to get a copy of The naturals!!
NetGalley is a tad insane sometimes. How Beauty Met the Beast looks like my kind of read. Another intriguing title added to the pile. Have a great Sunday.

New to me but look great! I’ve been avoiding Netgalley as I have more than enough books for the next year but I did venture there to get a copy of Uses For Boys. I do hate change so I haven’t figured everything out yet but the site does look pretty now. lol Happy reading!

Ooh, I’m intrigued by How Beauty met the Beast, will have to check it out on GR as I love fairytale re-tellings! ^^
Oh nice I’m curious now, I hope you’ll enjoy both of these books. Happy reading!
here is mine
Good week for you. Glad to hear The Twelve was really good. It’s too big to be crappy. Wouldn’t that suck?
Check out my IMM & SP.

Lol – Yes, that would suck big time. Part of the reason I’m leery of bigger books – so much wasted time on suckage
These both look really good. I am going to check them out… Happy reading…

I noticed on Netgalley my Feedback numbers aren’t increasing with each new review I post. I really hope I am not doing something wrong. It says it has been sent but shouldn’t those numbers be going up?
Gah!
The Naturals looks good, I think I may have to pick that one up.

I didn’t even notice that. I’ll have to check the next time I submit one. Have you checked your profile on there lately? My bio is a bunch of weird codes.
Mine too! I looked at it and then slowly exited that page. I have no idea where to even begin to try and fix it. It is all jumbled together and codes and letters and….it sucks.

I’m with you on the new netgalley site, you can’t archive the books you’ve already read or reviewed or DNF’d or whatever… I love the cover of How Beauty Met the Beast, love her read hair
Happy reading this week, Book Savvy Babe

Yeah, I loved how I used to be able to see all my NG books in one spot, and archive them as I finished. It was clean and easy. It doesn’t seem like as many good books are on there either.
I’m so far behind on my Netgalley reviews but I know what you mean. It’s hard to see what exactly is left to review.

I love the cover of How Beauty Met the Beast and it sounds good too!
I don’t go on netgalley much at all. The only time I look on there is when a publisher or author asks me to review a book and it’s on netgalley. It’s too tempting to grab books if I look through all the titles. I don’t even like reading on my kindle very much so they sit there until the last minute.

If you ever start, make sure to keep external records of your books. Hopefully they’ll just fix it. Hope you have a great week too!
I hope that you are sending bitchy emails to Netgalley. Oh a burlesque dancer who had a scorching hot sexual encounter sounds like an interesting read!

Pfft, me? Send bitchy emails? Never. I’m always very polite.
Small hauls are awesome. Great haul of books. Come visit me too.

Hellz yeah! I’m ready for hibernation and burning down Netgalley myself!! Whyyyyy did they make it so difficult??? It shows they are waiting on reviews that I already reviewed and submitted! Blah. Both of these books look good – I’m especially curious about ‘How Beauty Met the Beast’! Can’t wait for your thoughts!

What a lovely recap for the week! Happy Reading!!! My Sunday Edition @ Paulette’s Papers
Oh NetGalley is still driving me insane. Some YA books are in the Childrens section. Some don’t even appear in the Recently Added section so I completely miss them! I feel like taking a break myself to be honest. I can’t seem to remember how to review anything.

Yeah, I’m pretty much taking the week off

lol, I know! Makes me happy that it’s actually in some kind of order now.
I haven’t been on NetGalley in aaages. So many books that I’ve bought that I need to read.
Both of those books look good – must go check them out! Happy reading, Christy!
